Global scale, local delivery

This was the largest Squad Game event to date—designed to build leadership, encourage collaboration, and boost creativity. The client, a fast-moving tech company, sought a half-day experience that would challenge and energise their global team.

Asia Ability delivered exactly that: six immersive, high-energy team-building activities designed to test adaptability, communication, and strategic thinking.

Stronger together: Asia Ability & TeamBonding

Behind the scenes, this event showcased the power of international team-building collaboration.

Asia Ability led the planning, client communication, and programme design. A team of six flew in from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. U.S.-based Catalyst Global partner, TeamBonding, brought eight enthusiastic team building facilitators to support local delivery.

Though they had collaborated virtually in the past, this was their first time working together on the ground in the U.S.—and the result was seamless. Their combined strengths ensured a smooth and powerful delivery from start to finish.

Together, they brought one of the most ambitious large-scale team-building activities to life, highlighting the unique strength of the Catalyst Global Network.

Purposeful play, real engagement

Throughout the day, participants tackled six different challenges. Each activity pushed teams to think fast, adapt quickly, and trust each other. A highlight was the introduction of Jegi, a new addition inspired by a traditional Korean kicking game. Lighthearted and fast-paced, it was both fun and surprisingly competitive.

At first, teams approached the activities with curiosity and caution. But energy quickly grew. Laughter spread. Collaboration deepened. And leaders began to emerge. These are the moments where experiential learning events truly shine.

Why it mattered

This event was more than just fun—it was a vivid example of how large-scale team-building activities can create space for real growth and connection.

By combining global expertise with local delivery, Catalyst Global partners offer consistent, high-quality experiences—anywhere in the world.
