Cross-Border Collaboration in Action
When a client in Curaçao within the judicial system approached Reshapers / Catalyst Dutch Caribbean to deliver a dynamic team-building experience to open their two-day corporate event, the brief was clear: strengthen collaboration, energise the group, and set a positive tone for the days ahead.
Initially, two programmes were considered — La Casa de Dinero and CSI: La Hacienda. However, delivering either experience at scale for 100 participants posed a logistical challenge, as Catalyst Dutch Caribbean did not yet have all the required materials or VR equipment.
Rather than viewing this as a limitation, the teams saw an opportunity. What followed was a powerful example of how the Catalyst Global network turns challenges into collaboration.

From Conversation to Collaboration
Reshapers / Catalyst Dutch Caribbean reached out to Catalyst Mexico, creators of CSI: La Hacienda, to explore how the programme could be delivered on the island.
Although both teams had previously connected during global sales meetings and virtual gatherings, this moment transformed connection into action.
Within hours of a simple message, Catalyst Mexico had mobilised the full programme toolkit and proposed two solutions:
- Shipping materials via cargo
- Sending a team member to Curaçao with the full set-up
The second option created an even greater opportunity — not just for delivery, but for knowledge transfer and partnership.
A Catalyst Meetup in Curaçao
Samantha from Catalyst Mexico travelled to Curaçao, bringing both materials and expertise.
Her visit went far beyond logistics. She led a full dry run of CSI: La Hacienda with the Catalyst Dutch Caribbean team, sharing facilitation insights, practical guidance, and lessons learned from extensive delivery experience.
This hands-on preparation ensured the local team felt confident, fully equipped, and aligned with the programme’s intended impact.
It was a live demonstration of the Catalyst model in action — expertise shared openly, borders removed, and partners supporting partners.
Delivering Impact for 100 Participants
Designed for groups of eight and scalable to much larger audiences, CSI: La Hacienda proved to be the perfect fit for the 100 participants gathered in Curaçao.
Set on a traditional Mexican ranch, the immersive mystery challenges teams to analyse clues, manage information, and apply critical thinking under time pressure. Every participant contributes. Every insight matters.
On the day, engagement levels were high from the outset. Teams collaborated dynamically, communicated effectively, and worked collectively toward the final reveal. The energy in the room set exactly the tone the client had envisioned — focused, collaborative, and energised.
The Power of the Catalyst Network
This collaboration reflects what makes Catalyst Global unique:

For the client, it resulted in a high-impact opening experience.
For the partners involved, it reinforced the strength of a network built on trust, collaboration, and shared excellence.
