Activity: GOALL!! (a Catalyst Global partner product created by Conquistar, Catalyst Brazil)
Participants: 140 employees
Format: Football-inspired, interactive team simulation
First, participants were divided into teams and immersed in a fast-paced environment where they had to organise quickly, define roles, and adapt to constant changes — just like a team on the field.
The experience combined competition and collaboration, requiring teams to think strategically, communicate clearly, and make decisions under pressure.
Ultimately, what began as a game quickly evolved into a powerful reflection of workplace dynamics, where success depended not on individual performance but on alignment and teamwork.
