This marks Be Challenged’s first international location and an important next chapter in their continued growth across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Following strong momentum in Sydney, Melbourne, the Gold Coast, and Perth, the Bali launch extends their proven approach to building connected, high-performing teams into one of the world’s most sought-after offsite destinations.
A Fully Established, On-the-Ground Operation
What makes this expansion particularly significant is that Be Challenged Bali is not a fly-in, fly-out offering. It is a fully established, on-the-ground operation, with a dedicated local team, warehouse facilities, long-term venue partnerships, and in-country leadership. This positions Be Challenged as a near-local operator, with the infrastructure and capability to deliver complex, high-impact programs seamlessly in Bali.
Leading the Bali operation is Suzanne Hart, a highly respected industry professional with deep regional experience. Having lived in Bali for eight years, Suzanne will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking immersive international programs, ensuring experiences are culturally attuned, well supported, and impactful.
