In this hilarious icebreaker and energiser, participants don Silent Disco headphones and engage in a series of stimulating actions, such as steering unruly husky dogs, reeling in a huge catch, or applauding a fireworks display. Unbeknownst to them, each set of instructions (and groovy music) is specific to three different channels. As they move and interact, they find others on the same wavelength and form sub-teams to complete a final collaborative challenge. Still dancing and unable to talk to each other, each sub-team works together to build three balloon towers according to set criteria.
