Teams begin by accessing the Quickfire app and are placed into breakout groups, where each team appoints a coach. Together, they must make smart investment decisions and complete as many challenges as possible within the allotted time. Across six rounds of Winter Olympics–inspired challenges—ranging from creative tasks to multiple-choice questions, video submissions, and photo challenges—teams choose which activities to tackle based on difficulty, risk, and reward. Every challenge comes with a cost, encouraging teams to think strategically and play to their strengths.
As the clock ticks down, momentum builds, risk-taking increases, and the experience becomes faster-paced and highly engaging. The atmosphere is inclusive, energetic, and filled with laughter, culminating in a podium finish where the winning team is awarded Winter Olympic medals.
