Eco Pyramid is a hands-on construction and invention team building activity that brings teams together to build a shared structure.
Each team is responsible for constructing a level of the pyramid. A team leader guides the group using a clear instruction sheet. Each member contributes by building individual pyramids that are then connected to form their level.
Once complete, participants stack levels in descending order and securely tied together, symbolising the power of collaboration and alignment. As a final celebration, the team lifts the completed pyramid and takes a collective “victory lap” to mark a job well done.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
Eco Pyramid highlights the importance of interdependence within teams. Participants experience firsthand how the quality of their work directly impacts others and the overall result.
