In her role, Jeanilyn works closely with Catalyst Global’s licensed providers, offering guidance, troubleshooting, and hands-on assistance to help them deliver world-class team building experiences. Her calm, solution-focused approach and deep understanding of the Catalyst ecosystem make her an invaluable point of contact for partners worldwide.

With over a decade of experience, including leadership roles at Citi and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from De La Salle University, Jeanilyn combines operational expertise with technical know-how. She manages internal processes with precision and ensures that every partner query is handled with care.
