Anne Liljestrand is a certified leadership coach and professional facilitator who specialises in collaboration, communication, and team effectiveness. With a creative yet structured approach, Anne is known for enabling clear thinking, confident action, and real results in both individuals and teams.

Anne has a strong background in coaching, facilitation, and legal work, having started her career at a leading Nordic law firm. She brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, empathy, and practical insight into every interaction. Fluent in English, Swedish, Finnish, and French, she is deeply committed to inclusivity and clear communication across cultures.

At Catalyst Global, Anne is the Team Building Facilitator Training Lead, designing and delivering the Certified Team Building Facilitator Training Program. Through this role, she equips team building professionals across the global Catalyst Network with the practical methods, theory, and tools they need to facilitate group experiences with confidence, clarity, and impact.
