Cake-Off is a fun, hands-on team building activity that works perfectly as an icebreaker or energiser. Each team is given a set of basic ingredients and decorating resources to collaboratively design, build, and decorate a pre-baked cake. Teams follow the full creative process—from sketching ideas and choosing a theme, to cutting, shaping, stacking, and most importantly, decorating their masterpiece. Along the way, teams can complete bonus challenges to win extra decorations or high-value items that could tip the balance in their favour.
At the end of the activity, teams proudly present their cakes and the story behind their designs. A panel of judges selects the winning team and awards a prize for the best cake.
