Sam Masitto is the Head of Systems and Tech Product Support at Catalyst Global, playing a pivotal role in the technical backbone of our most important products. With a deep understanding of both hardware and software, Sam ensures that Catalyst’s digital platforms including Go Team, Quickfire, Peak Performance, The Infinite Loop, The Big Picture, and Catalyst Games run smoothly and reliably for our global network of partners.

Since joining Catalyst in 2017, Sam has become the go-to expert for troubleshooting and quality assurance. Whether responding to technical support requests from licensed providers worldwide, managing Catalyst’s global systems, building custom templates for Quickfire or Go Team team building experiences, or creating and enabling “In The Picture”, Sam approaches every task with precision and dedication.

With over a decade of prior experience as a computer engineer and in technical support roles, Sam brings a rare combination of technical mastery and hands-on problem-solving to the Catalyst team. His contributions help ensure that our digital products not only meet but exceed the expectations of facilitators and participants alike.

In his spare time, Sam is a creative at heart enjoying gaming, playing music and comedy.
