Participants join an online breakout room and elect a Santa, while the rest take on the roles of Elves. Together, their mission is to deliver toys to children across as many countries as possible before dawn. Teams tackle festive-themed challenges to earn carrots that keep the reindeer flying.
The Elves can view the challenges but cannot submit answers, while Santa can input answers and take photos—but only learns the challenges when guided by the Elves. A bonus crate of carrots awaits the team that completes the ideal set of toys. With a countdown clock ticking on each of the six continental stages, the pace is fast and fun. The team that completes all stages with the highest score wins!
