This immersive multi-sensory team-building experience takes participants through a series of sensory challenges in which sight, sound, touch, taste, or communication are heightened, limited, or removed. As familiar cues disappear, teams must quickly adapt, communicate with greater intention and rely on one another to interpret information and complete each task. Each activity introduces a new perspective, encouraging teams to step outside their ways of thinking and working. The experience builds progressively, culminating in a facilitated reflection that connects the insights and brings the learning to life.
