As Head of Support, Sam assists with all Catalyst global systems and products, including Go Team, Quickfire and digital platforms.
Sam spends his time responding to support requests from partners worldwide, creating and enabling “In The Picture” for customers, and managing the Catalyst global systems. Sam is also adept at creating templates for team building activities in Quickfire and Go Team. Sam had over ten years of experience as a computer engineer and technical support before he joined the Catalyst team in 2017. In his spare time, he enjoys gaming, playing music and comedy.
