The Crescendo team building activity challenges participants to become a string ensemble in the under one hour. This inspirational team building event has been specifically designed to fit into a busy conference schedule, taking place in one room in a short time frame with very little disruption.
In fact delegates don’t even need to leave their seats! Once familiar with their violin or viola, two experienced tutors guide the whole group through a very clever composition which we have created specifically for this purpose in partnership with some excellent composers. The team comes together as confidence grows along with the intensity of the backing track that binds this uplifting experience.
Mark Davenport, Catalyst Global Director, who led the development of this event explains the reasoning behind Crescendo:
“We launched our first ground breaking classical team building experience ‘Orchestrate’ back in 2006 and since then many blue chip clients have risen to this extraordinary challenge. It been an amazing success for us worldwide with many satisfied clients.
6 years on the experience we gained from developing Orchestrate has given us the confidence to launch another classical team building exercise which fills a different gap in the market. We recognise that there are many clients who want to experience a classical music activity but haven’t the time and budget to include Orchestrate in the their schedule.
With its own unique composition, Crescendo presents a lower budget alternative that can easily be slotted into a conference schedule Its flexible format means that this could be effectively delivered in a 45 minute session or extended to fill longer periods. Crecendo's simple but clever composition makes it very accessible and rewarding and in we see no reason why this couldn’t also be the perfect after dinner event.
