Catalyst partners Team Building Asia completed the program for TE Connectivity at their conference in Shanghai. Working together in 18 teams they formed production lines to assemble and paint a whole range of brightly coloured wooden toys. Following the event box loads of Racing Cars, Boats and Bi-planes were gratefully received by children’s charities in the area.
Toy Factory was very well received, proving to be positive team experience that allowed delegates to take an active role in their company’s social responsibility.
